7.投资要求：申请获批准后，申请人需按要求在纽宾士域省政府存入10万加币的政府押金，移民签证获批后，申请人在登陆纽宾士域省两年以内投资至少25万加币购买或建立符合条件的企业，正常经营一年后可申请返还10万加币投资押金。
2.申请人以合法经营手段所赚得的资产净值不低于160万加币；
3.在获得移民局审批后，愿意向政府投资22万加币。
